Tim McBride

Tim graduated from the University of New Mexico with a BBA in Accounting in 1994. Working immediately for a small public accounting firm in Arlington, Texas, he received his CPA certification within his first 2 years and was made partner within 4 years, with a firm that would eventually be known as Mesch McBride, PLLC. In November 2017, he left that firm located in downtown Fort Worth, to team with McBee & Co., PC to start and head their Keller office. Tim additionally obtained his Securities and Insurance licenses to help him further understand all the nuances of small business and personal tax planning and strategizing. After purchasing several CPA firms in the last couple of years to help grow his practice, he departed McBee & Co. to operate his own firm which is now McBride & Co., still in the greater Keller/Southlake area. Tim specializes in auditing and financial statement analysis for small to medium size businesses and personal tax planning. He has grown his practice to focus and train his staff on meeting the accounting/bookkeeping and tax planning needs of the small to medium size business entrepreneur. He is proud to call Texas his home and loves spending time with his two kiddos. He loves staying in shape and plans to walk on a beautiful beach every day in retirement.

Dillon Smith, EA

Dillon majored in accounting and received his Bachelor’s and Master’s of Science degrees with a specialization in Tax from the University of North Texas Denton in 2015. He was born in McKinney, TX, and attended high school in Alvord, TX. Dillon has been in public accounting, primarily focusing on tax, for over 7 years. In the Spring of 2015, he worked as a Tax Intern with Huselton, Morgan, and Maultsby P.C., which specialized in taxes for the Oil and Gas industry, learning to prepare basic personal 1040 tax returns. From the Fall of 2015 to the Fall of 2017, he worked for Cain, Watters, and Associates, PLLC, which specialized in taxes for the dentistry industry, as a Tax Associate and learned to prepare business tax returns such as 1120 C Corp,1120S S Corp, 1065 Partnership, TX franchises returns, and continue to prepare 1040s varying from simple to difficult. Then he began working at McBride & Co. P.C. CPA (f/k/a McBee & Co. P.C. CPA’s) in the Spring of 2018, which caters to a broad scale of different industries’ taxes, preparing all types of taxes returns as mentioned before with the addition of learning how to prepare 990 Tax Exempt/Non-Profit, 1041 Trust/Estate, and 709 Gift Tax returns. In March 2019 he got his Enrolled Agents license with the IRS to be able to speak to them on the behalf of clients for any of their tax issues and needs. He has been interested in Accounting since his Junior year of High School and knew this was something he wanted to pursue. He has two cats. He enjoys watching Anime, watching horror movies, playing video games, and going for walks.

Mark Dupler

Mark was born and raised in the HEB area and is going on his 2^nd year in public accounting. He graduated from the University of Texas at Arlington with his bachelor’s in accounting and is currently enrolled in a Master of Accounting program at Western Governors University. He plans on pursuing his CPA license in the future. Mark enjoys spending time with Jesus, family, friends, as well as travelling, spending time in nature, running, the gym, and reading good books.

Susan Applegate, EA

Susan joined McBride & Co. P.C. CPA in January 2025 and considers it a distinct privilege to work for such an outstanding company.

As an Enrolled Agent in dedicated tax practice since 2017, Susan specializes in preparing tax returns for individuals, small businesses, Partnerships and S-Corp clients. Her passion lies in helping clients navigate the complexities of the tax landscape, ensuring they achieve the best possible outcome, while maintaining compliance with ever-changing tax regulations. Susan is committed to providing exceptional service and personalized advice to clients.

Beyond Susan’s professional life, she enjoys spending quality time with her family and actively participating in church and ministry activities. With a lifelong interest in travel and learning languages, Susan has had experiences in language immersion in Hebrew while living in Israel, and French during her time as an au pair in Switzerland. A hobby she also enjoys in her free time is playing the hammered dulcimer, which brings her immense pleasure.

Sureshna Pradhan

Sureshna was born and raised in Kathmandu, Nepal. She moved to Texas in 2002. She majored in accounting and received her bachelor’s degree from the University of Texas at Arlington. After graduating from college, she started working for various sectors like Telecom, Retail, and Real Estate Management, from where she gathered various skills and knowledge of accounting. During these times, she found her real passion in accounting. She likes to help clients and is very glad to be part of McBride & Co. Currently, she lives in Fort Worth with her husband and son.

Cynthia Chen

Cynthia was born in China and graduated in 2021 with a master’s degree in accounting from the University of Texas at Dallas. During her master’s program, she earned Gold Academic Honors (GPA between 3.9 and 4.0). Currently, Cynthia is pursuing her CPA license and focuses on accounting, non-profit, individual, business, and trust returns. In her free time, Cynthia enjoys spending time with Jesus, her family, and traveling.

Stephanie Ratcliff

Stephanie Ratcliff was born and raised in the DFW area. She spent many years in an office management position, then took some time to stay home and raise her 2 sons. As they got older, she decided she wanted to get back into office management and found her home with McBride & Co. Since 2021, she has been fortunate enough to be working for a firm so dedicated to their clients. Stephanie enjoys spending time with her church community, family, and friends.

Kim McBride

Kim is originally from Newport Beach, CA, and received her Bachelor’s Degrees in Math and Economics from UCLA. She moved to Aspen, Colorado, and ran three uniquely different business ventures for over twenty-five years. She is now a proud Texan transplant with two daughters. Her oldest is receiving her doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy from Washington University in St. Louis, and her youngest is a junior student-athlete and team captain at the University of Alabama majoring in pre-med. Roll Tide! Kim spends her free time traveling to SEC swim meets to cheer on the Tide and to Kauai where she loves to swim, paddle board, and hike the beautiful island. She is an avid college football fan and sports enthusiast. She is also the proud master to the crown prince of the household, “Diggy” the wonder pug and Ford King Ranch the Mighty Frenchie.
